Javier arrived on time with all needed tools, and before he arrived he provided me with a courtesy call to ensure I had all needed supplies, which was a big plus to me since I was not really familiar as to what would be needed. He took out the damaged water heater and advised me of some helpful tips on how I can expand the life expectancy on my new water heater by correcting the original way I had my water heater previously installed. Javier actually had to fit my new water heater into a small space/closet that was originally cut to exact measurements to fit my old water heater, which came out to him having to knock out some framing work. Javier did a excellent job, as to he did not damage my original framing and he made sure everything was put back in it's original state. For the extra scope of work he had to complete, he was done quicker than I expected...under three hours! Before I knew it my new water heater was installed and everything was done to perfection, he even waited around a little to ensure that my family and I had hot enough water and that everything was working up to par. I highly recommend UEMIC owned by Javier, he's honest, punctual, skilled in his craft and what everyone needs these days....reasonable with quality workmanship. Thanks to Javier, my family and I can enjoy our night with hot water without a major dent in our pockets!!
