I have used him for over 15 years. He charges by the month and he comes every week. You could use him in a heartbeat, he is a good guy.

He is wonderful. If there is anything that he does not do, he will find a reputable service provider to come take care of it for you. He is so reliable, I have used him for over 10 years. He rarely misses a day, and if he has to he lets you know well in advance and gives you a contact number so you have a way to get in touch with him. He is a very nice guy and is extremely trustworthy. He won't tell you that you need something new unless you absolutely do.
