RHI Construction, Inc. is an outstanding contractor. Our roofing project was much more complicated than usual, due to the age of our home and a previous contractor who made matters worse. Most of the roofing contractors we contacted either did not bother to show up or decided that they did not want to touch another contractors disaster. David Panella-Production Manager and the team at RHI assured us that we would be happy with the finished product, and their actions spoke louder than words. They understood the grief we experienced with our previous contractor, so they wanted to make certain that our new roof was done right. We had to delay the project for months due to rain. There were issues that required RHI to partner with another contractor and it took us a long time to find the right contractor. Overall of this time of delaying the project, RHI stuck by our side assuring us that they would be here as soon as everything came together. Throughout the process, David kept in contact with us and even arranged meetings with his boss Mike. Sometimes, it was not good news due to the previous work that was performed. But in the end, the timely and open communications meant no curve balls or hidden costs. While the project was underway David was here each step of the way, making sure everything was done properly. We could not be happier with our roof now! In fact, we learned more about roofing than we ever wished to! We, without hesitation, recommend RHI for your roofing needs. They are not like the typical SE FL contractors, they actually care.

I am not totally happy with my roof and it ended being almost $5,000 more than originally quoted. I feel it was sloppy and I've been in contract since March/April and it was just completed on September 28th. Not having a roof for several months over the summer also cost me a new central A/C system. I never imagined that after paying $26,000 for a roof, I would be unhappy with it. One of the workers climbed my back fence and it is now bowed. They also damaged some expensive landscape plants by covering them when they were not supposed to be covered. There were several other minor mishaps as well. I took a lot time comparing many roof contractors and I decided to go with RHI. They were not the cheapest, however, I thought Chris Martz was very good project manager and I felt most comfortable dealing with him.

From the very beginning, all was class act and professional. Dax was great when he came for the estimate and going over the contract. Omar and his crew were very nice taking down and putting up the roof. They cleaned up and were all very pleasant. I am super happy I chose RHI.

RHI was among the 1st to respond after I made a request on Home Advisor. Their quote was the best value of 4 estimates. Punctual, professional, and polite. Very knowledgeable and nice.

Mike was very friendly and laid back. He explained everything. We waited a year to have the roof installed. He was the same person when he came back. He promised to replace the gutter in the back of our house. Three years went by, and he honored what he said he would do. It was our fault for the three year wait. He didn't complain. The roof is keeping out the rain and it really looks nice too. Hire RHI Construction, Inc. They will be punctual, and do what they say they will do. We were given an eight year warranty of workmanship as well.

Mike and his staff were extremely professional, on time,our new roof is beautiful and our property looked like no one had even been there by the time they cleaned it and left,also his foreman Alex came to our house on a Sunday afternoon in the rain and actually put a tarp over our roof on his day off, you cant ask for better service than that.Our neighbors are so happy with the way our looks there thinking about having Mike do theirs!

Though I have never used this service before, I recommend it. The roofing company was great. I had 4 other bids but this company was the most professional. Pictures and contract sent online immediately. Work completed as stated, neatly done. Workmen nice and courteous. Answered all my questions. Site manager Dax was great. Thank you

RHI has been hired by us and we are in the permitting process right now. They have been extremely professional and kept us in the loop at all times where the job stands. I believe their quote was very fair and the presentation about what we should expect was very helpful. Because I had two major leaks while waiting for the permits to come through they came and tarped my roof which has been such a help. So far they deserve a 5 star rating and I do not see that dropping.

Totally satisfied and happy I chose RHI. I had three other bids come in about 800 less but didn't feel good about the quality of the job. Rick explained that they were likely to skip on certain things or they wouldn't be around if I had any problems in the future. I decided to spend the extra money and go with RCI. Sure glad I did. Job was completed as promised and done in a day! Minor inconvienience to my tenants which was expected as they had to rip the old roof off. No surprises or cost overruns- everything exactly as promised! Very refreshing in this day and age to say the least. Rick was awesome and kept me very informed. Mike was great.
