Jannine was OUTSTANDING. She knows exactly what she is doing, and for the benefit of that knowledge she charges a very fair price and does a beautiful job, and it is very clear she puts her heart into everything she does. I highly recommend!!

Temporarily we set 4 bricks under the pier wall to stabilize it. Janine within a few days manufactured 5 new legs and matched the color and grain exactly to the rest of the unit. These legs are sturdier then what originally came with the unit. The work she did is better than anything I could have imagined and I would recommend her to anyone I know or don't know.....

I met Jannine who ownes Restore and Adore, and was instantly impressed. She is passionate about her work, and a visit to her workshop is amazing. She is a Renaissance woman who is working on anything from re-caning antique chairs to putting expensive ornate lamps back together. Janine restored the Lion perfectly, better than before the "accident". I never imagined that she would be able to piece it back together so well. I fell lucky to have found this woman, who is not only an artist, but a bit of a magician!! I did not find Jannine on Angie's list, but felt it was important for others who are looking for excellence to know how wonderful she is!

She came and took apart the table. She took the 4 legs back to her shop and repaired the broken leg and replaced all 4 wheels. She came back in a week and put the table back together. It looks great and we can use the table without worrying about it tipping over. I had been looking for someone to repair this table for a long time. Jannine seemed to love the table as much as I do so I trusted her to repair it. I was right. She did a fantastic job!

The job was difficult as the wood was not uniform. Jeannine spent a lot of time working on our doors and they look perfect

Execellent outcome. Met high expectations for quality and work was done BEFORE the promised time by 10 days.

She called back within 48 hours, showed up to pick up the table from our home on time, finished the job on schedule, and delivered it back to us when we wanted it.  The results are perfect - better than the original in that artistically its fully restored, and structurally its stronger and more resistant to this type of damage in the future.  Couldn't be happier.  The price, BTW, was very fair.
This is our second time using R&A, and we've had great experiences both times - the last time was 2 years ago.

The owner of this company is extremely professional, knowledgable, friendly and honest. They were able to repair the broken leg on my table when I thought that it was completely hopeless and impossible. The finished job was flawless and perfect. She was very prompt in responding to my request for a quote and actually came in under her original figure. She also assisted me with attaining a glass top for the item without an upcharge. She is an artist. Did an excellent job in a short time at a reasonable price. I could not be more pleased. Saved me the cost of replacing the dining set. Very professional and a lovely person to work with. Highly recommend this business.

Jannine?s work is first class. She restored the broken legs of two different rose wood chests of drawers, the chipped tops of a side and of a dining room table, and fixed a hole on the back of another chest.  Jannine?s restoration work is perfect.  The pieces will not show any signs of previous damage. We were lucky to find her on Angie?s list. 
Jannine is very caring, punctual, keeps in touch by email and phone and she does the work herself. Her work is art. We would definitely use her again. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Excellent. You would have to know where the original damage was and then look for it.

I contacted Jannine and she called me back within a few hours.  She asked me to send her a picture of the oval table in which I wanted the top refinished.  The table was 25 years young and had gone through the "worn stage."  Once again, within a few hours she called me back with a quote.  I put the table in my car and proceeded to meet her.  Jannine was extremely professional and I could tell just by talking to her that she knew her trade well.  When I returned to pick up my table, I could not believe my eyes.  The table was beautiful.  It was not an easy job as my table was not just solid brown or solid black, it was a brown/black swirl combination.  The table is as good as new.  I am very pleased and would recommend Jannine with your most expensive furniture.  I will definitely contact her again if the need arises.

Jannine, the owner, takes care of every client personally. My husband and I wanted his grandmother's 1930's dining room table, chairs and buffet restored. The set was in terrible condition. After many years of wear and several moves, the table top was a mess and two of the six chairs were not usable. Add to this that the underneath of the table had been "rigged" over the years by relatives and it was in bad shape.
To say that Jannine went, "Above and beyond the call of duty" is an understatement. Here's what happened:
1) She brought books of fabric and helped us select fabric for the chairs.
2) Because we have an open floor plan, she also helped us select fabrics for our living room chairs.
3) We contracted to have an extra leaf made so we could seat eight.
4) We purchased two host chairs, which she also refinished and she arranged to have them reupholstered. 
Then a series of disasters hit that Jannine weathered for us.
1) The chairs fell apart once she began restoring them. They were too old to be saved. She personally found chairs that would be appropriated, negotiated the price and PICKED THEM UP!
2) Next, after stripping the table top, it became obvious she couldn't save it. She located a similar antique top and replaced it!
It was delivered today and it is gorgeous. Jannine is a true artist and cares about every piece of furniture and every client. We highly recommend her and Restore and Adore!
