Took money and did not do the work. This is not an honest contractor and you should avoid doing business with and do not pay in advance.

Hired Tommy for multiple jobs including Roof, Driveway, and Exterior Painting. Very high pressure salesman - we paid deposit and then he wanted more money for supplies right away. Next day he insisted he needed even more money instead of waiting for balance after work was done. Insisted it was necessary to complete the work, but as others have noted, once he got the money he stopped responding. At first he'd text saying he'd call in 15 minutes (which he didn't), then he stopped responding at all. Complete Scam artist.

We hired a contractor from Angie s List to do some exterior painting and to seal our pavers in the driveway and around the pool. We are quite elderly, and we were just hoping that we could handle this easily. The man who came out advertised himself as a professional contractor from Florida, and he promised us everything. He seemed like such a nice guy; he asked us if it was okay if he talked about Jesus, and I thought that was very strange, but he told us personal stories, etc. He started that day, got his crew here, taped everything, and began painting. The next day, they did not show up. He kept calling and saying they would be right here, but they never came. We have one of these gates that they have to call; it s an undemand gate, so we of course stayed home. The next day, the same thing he kept calling.

Started some work, took a deposit to get materials at Home Depot, never returned, promised to start again on two different days, never came. They will not return my phone calls and has blocked both of our phone numbers. This company is a complete fraud. DO NOT USE these people, they are thieves....CRIMINALS

Showed up day one. Did some work. Did not come back day two. Took a deposit. Will not return calls and did not finnish the work. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS!.

Responded immediately to a request for quote by calling me. Quoted me a price that was more than twice what I had paid for the service from someone else previously. I thanked them for their time, but mentioned that it was a little steep from what I was expecting, and I was going to check in with a few other places before booking. The person on the phone immediately dropped the price by $50 if I paid cash. I mentioned that I would still look at other people who had reached out, and I would get back to them. They called me again 3 minutes later and said they would drop the price again by half and kept pressing me to accept on the spot. I was concerned about the fact that they would suddenly change their price so drastically and expressed my concern. I did agree to the service and set a time for 9:30am. Morning of, they called to confirm but then said they would not be there until around 12:30pm. When they did not t show up, I sent a message around 3pm. I received a call asking me who I was, and then I was told that they decided they did not want to come for the price they pushed me to accept! But no one was planning to let me know that they were bailing. I do not understand why they would push me so hard to agree to an amount they did not want to do the work for. They could have just provided their price and let me accept or pass, and it?s perfectly acceptable for them to set a price and hold firm to that. But to keep pressuring me to accept their bid only to no call no show? What even is the point of wasting each other time like that?

My initial contact with Angi's List was to find someone to repair an electric fence and replace the hinges on another gate. However, the project expanded into the scope described below based on suggestions by the contractor for additional improvement: 1. Power wash exterior of home fence and deck 2. Repair fence where needed with new wood 3. Re-paint fence in owners choice of color 4. Install new sensor and hinges 5. Re-coat flat roof using a roof coating 6. Repair facia boards All work guaranteed for 2 years The above description is from the signed document the contractor provided. The contractor sent two individuals to my house that same date 1/27/2025 and requested that I pay half of the project cost upfront. One of the individuals signed a receipt for the money, and he signed as Henry Lopez. I also took a picture of their license plate for documentation. They worked on Monday replacing the 2 facia boards which were going to be painted but were not. The following day they came for about an hour or two and painted the flat roof, leaving paint stains everywhere. The entire job was to take 2 to 3 days yet they or the contractor have not returned. Previously the contractor had been answering my calls. This morning (8:00 a.m.)I called him and he said he would be calling back in 15 minutes. Not only did I not get a return call but he is no longer answering the phone.

They did a wonderful job very nice workers very happy with how my drywall came out
