If Joe is available seek him out. If not I'd pass.
Description of Work: This was the 2nd time I used NASCA's. The first time I dealt with the owner, Joe. He was professional, timely and ensured quality work. (I believe he may have retired.) My daughters recent experience was disappointing. The car was not ready when promised and the work was not up to 'new or as new'. A section of the bumper that was repaired was poorly buffed out. I since correct it myself.

They were very busy and we understood that. The first time they had it over a month. When we went to pick it up, there was still a lot of work and some of the paint needed to be redone. We left it there and about 3 weeks later went back to get it. The work still was not complete and they were going to call us when the parts came in. They never called and we let it go because they had had it too long and we needed the car back. 1 year later, the paint had cracked all over. The windshield wiper nozzles had popped out because the paint had cracked so bad. We brought it back to have it redone again. This time they only kept it two weeks. The paint seems to be ok, but they asked us if we knew that the check engine light was on. It was not on when we left the car. Not only that, but the car was only running on 5 cylinders. We brought it directly to the dealer and there was water in the cylinder. We called them and they said they had nothing to do with it. The car has 7800 miles on it.
Description of Work: The car was severely damaged in Hurricane Wilma. 13 stories of glass window were blown on top of the car. The interior leather was stabbed with glass, there was wind blown rain inside the car and scratches everywhere. The entire body needed to be patched and repainted. At the time, the car had 3500 miles on it.
