There are just holes in our backsplash. There is a two inch by twenty four inch piece that sits behind the stove that needs to be cut and put into place. The man just needs to come out and do the work for about an hour. We've been trying to get him to come out and do it. He avoids our phone calls. This job started in February and still hasn't finished it.
