i took the lamp to the shop and expected for the repair to take about a week to be complete. Jimmy took a look at the lamp and fixed it on the spot, it only took 30 minutes to complete. i highly recommend him, his service is terrific!

I had called several lamp retailers to see if they could fix my lamp and was told to bring it in and I would have to leave it and they would call me etc., plus there would be a minimum charge of $25.00. When I located and called Jimmy he told me on the phone what he thought was wrong and he could probably fix it right there on the spot when I brought it in. So I did that and it was fixed in less than 3 minutes and I was on my way. And it only cost $15.00.
