The person showed up on time. He accessed the problem and had the parts in the truck. The job was done in one hour. He even had to cut out a piece of drywall, put it back and cleaned up. I would use them again.

I wanted to write a quick comment with regards to service I just received from Antonio at Kintex Plumbing. Antonio provided excellent service! He was professional, on time (and called me to let me know he was on his way), and what I appreciated the most was how he explained in detail the issues and how he would correct them (and how to avoid the problem from reoccurring). He left with all jobs complete and working perfect! I will recommend Kintex company to others based on my experience with Antonio! Keep up the good work!

They did not try to add on a bunch of extras. Did what I asked on time and at the best price. Straight shooters. Too many try to sell add ons and charge for extras. They do not.

Excellent Professionals. I did a research for a new water heater and when I shared my findings with the Kintex Plumbing technician, he explained it to me in a simple and comprehensive way why I should not be going with my option. He recommended something that was cheaper and better fit to my needs. How not to trust such professionals. They are my GoTo guys for any plumbing job in the future...
