Excellent Service & Extremely Professional! Luciano Assuncao of Five Star Claims Adjusting in Oakland Park/Fort Lauderdale was highly recommended by my contractor to assist me with my insurance company homeowners insurance claim - and I am so happy he did. Luciano made every step of insurance claim process very smooth and uncomplicated. Luciano took the time to walk through the entire process with me in detail answering every question along the way. Keith was super efficient, patient and very accommodating while helping me settle my claim. He came to my house to meet with the insurance adjusters to be sure they noted all of the problems cause by water intrusion through a leak in my roof after a severe storm. The claim was settled 6 months after the date of loss because my insurance company was insisting on invoking the right to repair, and wanted me to agree to just let them fix the damage with their contractors. I was not in agreement with their offer, and we had to get an attorney involved. Five Star handled that as well and got me a very competent attorney. Keith kept me updated every step of the way, and truly deserves 5 stars!! It was well worth the 20% commission, as without Keith's help, I would still be fighting with my insurance company.

So, a new  5 Stat Rep was assigned to Me, who came out and made some promises, etc...   My Case needed to be set for Trail and almost 5 years transpired from the time I hired 5 Star.  5 Star even recommended My Attorney for Me to use in this case, which I did.  Nonetheless, 5 Star stopped any and all contact, with no correspondence whatsoever.   Hey, I signed a Legal Contrast with this Firm, and if the shoe were on the other foot, 5 Star would be screaming about the 'non-compliance of contract, wouldn't  they?
I phoned them up 3 weeks ago and spoke to My 1st rep, who promised to connect Me with the 2nd Rep, etc...   I ended up calling 5 Star and sharing what had been going on and that I was in need of their services and they have not contacted Me since the phone call, now that the 'drilling and grout injection work has been completed.   I have needed 5 Star's services a number of times during this process and I feel cheated and discarded by Them.  There is NOTHING professional about the treatment I have received from Them along with no explanation of their non-compliance of  Services as agreed upon.
If 5 Star thinks that They are entitled to any funds,for their 'non-compliance' of Our Contract, I might have to see council from My Attorney on this matter.

I had a leak in my home which prompted me to file a claim with my home owner's insurance. On the day I called my insurance to file the calim, I called Five Star. I spoke with a manager briefly, and then with Keith, who handled the entire process from that day forward. I can not say enough positive things about Keith's professionalism. He really took over (which is exactly what I needed) and navigated each step of the insurance process efficiently. I was kept abreast of the course of action but also had to do very little, as Keith made calls, sent faxes/emails, etc. The outcome was a very satisfactory settlement with our insurance company. While Five Star does charge what seems to be the standard fee, I would certainly not hesitate to re-hire them if we are ever in need of an adjuster. I would also, without question, request Keith!

Ed Bittman with Five Star Claims did a very professional job.  He worked very hard for us trying to get the insurance company to pay the fair value of the re construction of our bedroom closet and bathroom due to the water/mold damage.  In our case we agree to pay Five Star 20% of the claim against the insurance company.  Dealing straight with the insurance company we only would have received an amount of money not close to the cost to re build our closet and bathroom after everything was removed to eliminate the mold.  Mr. Bittman told us the whole time, the amount of money we were asking for was a very fair amount of money and he had everything down to the last nail accounted for in writing for the insurance company.  After all was said and done with the insurance company, Mr Bittman was able to get us the money for the total job. We were very happy with the results.  We highly recommend Five Star Claims !!

Cary Kingsberg was very professional and always called/emailed me throughout  the process.  Only drawback ( though no fault to Five Star) is that the Insurance company likes to draw out and wear you down (stonewall), so things proceed at a slower pace than you'd like.

I had an issue with my A/C upstairs.  The Ac unit leaked and caused damage to my kitchen ceiling below.
It was identified to be a clogged drain line. I wasn't sure if the stain in the ceiling caused enough damage to contact my insurance company, so prior to file the insurance claim I contacted Five Star Claims Adjusting for an free evaluation (home inspection) of the damages and their advice on the issue. They quickly responded to my call and at same day one of their professional adjusters were at my house assisting me with my problem.  I found the Five Star Adjuster to be very professional and very knowledgeable of the situation.  He was very good in explaining to me how they could help my situation and he seemed to be very aware of my insurance policy. (which i had never read before) They took over the claim and a few weeks later i had my claim settled for 15k which even after the compensation for their services it left me enough money to fix  all the damages.  I was very happy with what they were able to recovered from my insurance company and very please with the entire process ( I basically didn't do anything they handled the entire process for us) I don't think i would have the same results on my own. I would definitely recommend Five Star Claims Adjusting to anyone I know.

I started noticing spots on my ceiling so a friend told me to contact Five Star in order for them to do a free inspection in my house. After this gentleman came to my house, he figure out that the water was not only on my ceiling but running behind the wall and also underneath my wood floors. He had a "moisture detector" and a "infra red camera" that showed us where the water was. 
He handled the whole process from beginning to end. 
I was told that other people charge lower % but at the end of the day, I'm happy I chose them since they were very professional and also got enough money to do the entire job. 

The P-trap broke under my rental condo's kitchen sink in which a couple of gallons spilled in my kitchen cabinet. I called Jason Pyle and asked him to represent me in filing a homeowner's insurance claim. After several months, I was able to replace my entire kitchen with the money he got from the insurance company. I will definitely hire him again should the need arise.

They are really good. If you have a claim, they will assist you and only collect any fee if you end up receiving the claim for the insurance company. They state that they can receive more from insurance companies than others, which I found out to be true. If anyone is having a similar issue, you should definitely call them.

They get 20% if whatever they recover for me.  They took a claim that our water heater ruined my floor which was $5000.  But by the time they were finished finding everything that was wrong, I ended up getting $21000.  They were worth the 20% charge.
