Hauling
Owner quoted me $79 one way delivery, took $50 deposit via phone on
credit card and said balance of $30 could be paid to driver on
delivery. Hours later, driver arrived with furniture and gave me
several forms to sign but said he had to wait for owner to see if my
credit card went through. He finally received call from owner who said
my balance was $109. I called owner and he said he was charging me an
additional $35 waiting fee, plus charges for wrapping the furniture, etc
which were not quoted or pre-approved. He said that since he already
had my credit card info I could either pay cash or he would charge to
the card. I did not agree, did not accept delivery and called my bank
to cancel the charges. Also lost the $85 I paid for the furniture I
purchased.
