I have been involved in personal home renovations for 45 years in 3 different countries. The new roof that Dynasty Roofing provided for our home, in Margate Florida, was the best experience I have ever had! From bid, through demolition, cleanup, finish, inspections, and invoice, Antonio and his team were flawless in every aspect of the work. They were honest, fair, accommodating, punctual, professional, thorough, courteous, fun to work with/learn from. And all this was accomplished with great communication and exceptional quality. Several houses in our neighborhood have recently had new roofs, so we had ample examples to compare quality of work. We were so happy we chose a company whose quality stands out against the competition. This includes the Roof Shingles and the quality of craftmanship for Flashing, Drip Edge and any Fascia repairs required. I especially appreciated that Antonio visited our home and ‘walked’ the roof. Other companies simply did a bid from satellite.

Dynasty came out quickly and fixed the problem the next day. We ended up needing more repairs than the initial quote indicated, but they let us know immediately what the increase would be and it was still extremely reasonable. They finished all in one day and got our roof closed back up again before the next storm even though it meant working later than they had planned.
