I purchased a special from this company: $79 for cleaning three rooms of carpet.  I was contacted by them via email right after I purchased it in September, but I told them I was waiting for a guest to move out and would contact them at a future date.  We have called them three times this week. leaving messages each time, and no one has returned our calls.  In my last message I said I would give them until the end of the week and then I would file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back.  I now have house guests coming again and need this work done.  Very disappointed, to say the least.

Subscribed to the deal offered on Angie?s list. Calls to the company to set the appointment not answered or returned until after contacting Angie?s List twice. Company contact problem was attributed to a medical problem encountered by the receptionist. The evening before appointment was advised work performed on the 16th floor would cost an additional $59. Additionally, charged $19 for a section (about 70 square feet) leading to the bedroom, deemed a bathroom and counted as a 5th room. Total cost for $99 deal amounted to $177 Gallons of water accidently spilled from machine. Although vacuumed by the representative, noticed water stain on wall after representative left. Cleaning performed in one process without prior vacuuming. Considerable amount of water used to clean rugs which remained damp for over 24 hours. Representative was courteous and high traffic areas were cleaned.

It went great.  The cleaner was very professional and called ahead of time to say he was on his way.  He was punctual, and did a great job cleaning, including a tough grease stain near the air-conditioner that has been on the carpet since I moved in almost a year ago (I couldn't get it out with regular carpet cleaner).  The only thing I thought was a bit odd was that he didn't have shoe protectors over his shoes.  Of course he cleaned where he stepped, but we have a habit of taking our shoes off in the house, so the protectors would have been appreciated.  Otherwise, I highly recommend Best Choice and will certainly use them again for my carpet-cleaning needs.

Terry arrived about ten minutes early which was okay, surveyed the rooms and asked if I had anything special to add.  I did not except to add the living room carpet. He sprayed a stain solutions on all the rugs and proceeded to clean them. He was finished in 45 minutes.  I have had three to four other carpet cleaning companies throughout the years as this carpet is 20 years old and has seen four dogs.  I am so pleased I cannot stop smiling.  My carpets look like new.  Terry was friendly, professional, efficient and punctual. I will use them again without a doubt.  He moved light items, nothing was dropped nor broken.  I could not ask for a better service.

We called best choice cleaning to clean our call center and they are great they take the trash wipe down all the desks mope the floors clean restrooms and very trustworthy. They came after hours and went to work. Best we had in a while Thanks !

BEST CHOICE CARPET CARE WAS GREAT THEY CAME IN LOOKED AT WHAT THEY WAS GOING TO CLEAN AND GOT TO WORK I HAD A BIG RED SPOT ON MY CARPET AND THESE GUYS MADE IT LOOK LIKE NEW. THANKS
