Bill the owner of the Carpet Mill Connection was kind enough to accommodate us with a special meeting under unusual circumstances to pick out carpet. He was very knowledgeable about what type of carpet we needed for a rental property. He did not try to oversell us and his price was reasonable. We went to the store on another day to complete the details. Bill told us he could put in the order and have the carpet delivered and installed in no time. Since we were in a big rush to get the job done, we took a chance and looked at the carpet they had on site. We found a one that was the right color and grade. This selection actually came in under the original estimate. The old carpet was removed and taken away. The new carpet was installed quickly, properly and on time without a major mess. We were very happy with the professional and friendly service we received.
