I was lied to. I was lured into my purchase

I have been a Culligan customer in three states for over 10 years. Up until I used the Nokomis office, I have had exceptional service from technicians and administrative offices. This home-owned business is the worst. After paying for a full year in advance, they delivered salt every two months, then I barely saw the delivery. I called after 4 months and they indicated they changed to a 3-month schedule, but they did not notify me. I had to buy salt myself and I am 70 years old. They said if I needed salt I just should call. That was the first time I heard that. Last month I called for salt. No one showed up. I called and left a message again. No one should up. I finally canceled my account, and when I rationally presented the unethical practice of talking money and not delivering salt or returning calls, she said, We would not refund your $32.00 but send us the invoice from where you bought the salt and we will reimburse you. Really! Like I would not trust you to do anything you say. The owner was rude and could care less. On top of that, we own a business that uses Culligan, that service was also terrible and the technician was rude and unprofessional. The company used to be good, and we liked working with them over the last 5 years, but not in the last two.

The water pump has now has broken again. The tank is leaking and no one. Has responded to my call also I had to pay fr the call not very professional

Have owned a Culligan system I paid over $5k for just over a year ago. Hasn't worked in 3 months, still under Warranty, they are demanding $140 just to come out and look at it. Overpriced, Doesn't Work, Horrible Service!! Stay Away

I think Culligan's charge for a service call is over the top! $129 for them just to come out to look at your system, while other companies only charge $45 for a service call. We were forced to use Culligan because of their equipment. Other services said they couldn't get the needed parts for repair.
