White's AC and Refrigeration

Matt has worked on our AC unit and fixed problems at a more than reasonable price. Recently we recommended him to a non- profit where we volunteer for an emergency freezer fail. Within the hour Matt showed up and fixed the problem. He is efficient, accommodating and a genuinely nice guy to work with.

Matt goes above and beyond to get to your home as soon as possible, to save you money, and to let you know what's going on. He installed a new AC at my previous home and has done repairs on my current AC. He is dependable, trustworthy and honest, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work!

Honest. Trustworthy. Matt went above and beyond what we had even expected. He came out and topped up our coolant while awaiting the new coil we needed - he came out at least 4 different occasions! Every 2 days. A previous A/C service had charged us over $400 for the same service, but never offered to find out where our problem with a leak originated. They just wanted to sell us a new unit for over $7,000. Matt White, on the other hand found our unit's problem and set out to solve it. And save us a bundle of money too! I would give him and his company 10 Stars if I could!

Honest. Tries to save you money. Matt has plenty of work from others that trust him, he doesn't need to sell you a $6k system if he is able to fix it for for less and he takes pride in doing that, it's obvious, and something fresh and hard to find around here.

Matt went over and above what I expected. Until we found out about Matt, every company who came by or I talked to on the phone said it was time to get a new air conditioner. Some even wanted money to give an estimate. Others wanted half down before they would do anything. NOT MATT. He volunteered to come over and see if he could fix our old one before we bought a new one. He did come over. He could not fix it without putting in an expensive part, so we opted for a new unit that did not use Freon that is so bad for the environment. Matt is friendly, answers every question, helps makes the decision on what to invest in easy by providing details about each available air conditioner. He had our new, quieter a/c unit installed the same day we ordered it. He even rented a truck and brought the unit to our home so he could install it right away and we would not have to wait for delivery from the warehouse and swelter in 90 degree in our non-air conditioned home! He also checked our inside vents and made suggestions for better air flow and looked at a small air conditioner in our lanai that no one else had an answer about how to fix. He is working on a way to fix it. If there were a 6 or higher rating, I would give it to him!
