Twin Palm Landscape Care, LLC

This company was introduced by and requested to take over from our previous provider. He offered to provide the same services at the same price. Due to the changeover, our landscaping got somewhat out of control. We offered owner, Brian Williams, to pay extra to get the extra work done, which he did. Basically no issues until about month 11. Again our trimming was neglected and because we complained when he didn’t show as promised, Mr Williams chose to terminate working for us, sighting that we were paying less than his existing base rate. Mr Williams never requested an increase for services and apparently had lost all but one other client in Central Park. We were given about a weeks notice and again we were left needing to pay someone else extra to clean up our landscaping that we had paid Brian Williams to do. Very disappointed.
