At first look job appeared to be fairly well done. A closer look showed that the house at not been cleaned well at all. Nothing was moved to vacuum, even very light items. The counters still felt dirty. We had already hired so thought we would give another chance. A service appointment was scheduled for February 27 at 10 am. The cleaning company was a no show, and no phone call. This is unprofessional.

Twin Cleaning LLC have been our only cleaning team for over a year on a very active STR. The attention to detail is amazing, and they have never missed a day, even holidays! The company is a wonderful cleaner, always aware of the details.
