Turf Enough Lawn Care Inc

This is Tressa B again. I have still not received anything as a refund. The owner did call me 1x but still no money. I called the office and they seemed to know who I was, but said that the files were in storage when I asked for a statement.

I prepaid $1000.00 for bi-weekly lawn care and pet cleanup May 2022. The service began going downhill. They wouldn't show up as scheduled, they began missing large areas when they did come, and were terribly understaffed. When I began service, they always had a great team of 3 guys that worked great. Turf Enough began doing commercial work and service became horrible. I found a new company in Aug 2022. I informed them of my decision and requested a refund of funds left. I was told that a check would be mailed. I again haven't received a refund. I have sent numerous messages, texts, voice mails. I received a text Oct 22,2022 saying that I would receive my credit when they came back in town, because their home was damaged. They have blocked me from making any further requests. I have never received a credit refund.
