It was a valuable and pleasant experience, although the sales of the furniture took longer than expected.

Ruthanne did an excellent job. I only met with her three times and she was right on schedule every time. I would use her again.

She did a great job. We started looking for a house online last fall. I went to Florida and she picked me up at the airport and showed me houses. She learned what my likes, dislikes and requirements were. When I came back to Tennessee I continued to look for houses online and when I found one she took pictures, did a work through and critiqued it. She said that it looked like a house that I would be happy with and we actually bought it sight unseen based on her evaluation and the pictures that she took. She has gone out of her way to help us because it is a long distance thing so it was very difficult. She has always been right there; she has been johnny-on-the-spot. When I've called she calls back within hours typically. There was only one time that she didn't call within an hour and that was because she was traveling herself. Her responsiveness has been excellent. We have seen the house and we really like it. We would absolutely use her again.
