It didn't go any further than this phone call.

They did an excellent job. They worked constantly and cleaned up after themselves. They went way beyond what was expected. They even took out a wasps nest that was outside of my window. They were really great guys.

I had Don Desteafan repair some broken tiles. He did an excellent job. They look brand new. I had some really broken tiles with pieces missing and Don repaired them and they blend so well that you can not tell the difference.

3 days later I received al call from the big cheese! I was told they're too busy to do my project... THIS YEAR! As I replay the voicemail I get the impression it's not they don't have time. But just don't want the work. Very unprofessional and did not recommend someone who might want the job. I'm not impressed.

had him out to quote a job. sent all necessary drawings the following day but he never responded to my emails.

I called Roko and asked if they would give me an estimate for widening my driveway. They were there within a day or two and did take so time going over with us as to what we wanted done. Drawings and measurements were done and I was told that I would receive a contract within the next day or two by email. I waited a week, then called to ask why I had not received a contract. I was told that they had forgotten about me. I waited another week then called again, and got voice mail. I told them that if they really did not want to do the job to just tell me. I then received a phone call assuring me that they did want the job, I got several phone calls after that and they told me that getting a permit was taking a long time. After several weeks they informed me that the permit was going to cost more than the original estimate.. I said fine just go ahead and get it. After another week or two they called to say that they had the permit and that they were ready to do the job. They did show up a week or two later and got forms in, then told me that with the way the forms were it was going to cost more for the cement, and that I could change that if i wanted to. I told to go ahead. They did do the job, and it was well done. I didn't like being "forgotten", and it seems like it took an awfully long time to get it done.

Called both numbers a couple of times. Man answered #2 number and was driving so hee asked me to text him my number for a return call which never came. I waited a couple of days and tried calling both numbers again and left a message. Never got a call.

Fine hired someone else due to cost.

I chose not to use him because his prices were a little higher than what I was willing to spend. He was very professional and prompt when he came out. I think his work is very good and I might use him in the future.

Don and Michael showed up promptly for their estimate of services, and were prompt it delivering them. The job was done quickly and well.

Extremely unprofessional. Alex and Donald came to my home to give me a quote on exterior masonry repairs as well as interior tile work. They sent me a quote, I called Donald back twice to follow up and also sent an email. He had excuse after excuse, mother was sick, dog died, etc., etc. but he'd get back to me and they'd get the work done asap. Two months later and 3 times following up, the work still has yet to be done, I'm moving on to professional and mature human beings to do this work. Save your time and frustration - don't bother calling these guys for anything. PATHETIC. In response to their response to my review. I never said you did any work for me. I, like many other reviewers, are stating you are extremely non-responsive. I waited and waited and waited for you guys after several attempts to engage you after you were at my home, you never followed up. It worked out for the best, I hired someone else and they were extremely responsive, did a fantastic job and were cheaper.

Did not get to work on the project yet until the bank which holds the property finally approves the sale.

I was told that they would roll the paint on the outside of my home. However. ,many areas were spray painted instead. The ironwork or trim was sprayed with a rustoleum paint I has purchased. A wire brush or sandpaper was not used to loosen any old paint before the new was applied.Consequently on the first day a clump of paint came off in my hand as I closed the wrought iron gate. The assessories (lights attached to house) were completely left for me to deal with. The gentlemen were nice, but I told their spokesperson (not the owner) a service cannot come into a home, & nickel/dime a senior citizen. He whined when I told him the house sq. footage. However, there are (2) six foot sliding doors on the back of the house as well as a four foot sliding pass thru window. That plus the garage door had been painted two weeks prior to their coming so also did not need paint! I felt that the square footage was within the limits of their agreed 1600 feet. I also gave them a chance to back out of the agreement by returning my committed money......which they had declined to do. Overall, the house looks nice, with the exception of unfinished lights attached to house & the chips compng off of the ill prepared iron work.

I worked with them from June up until currently. I spent too much. I ended up paying $2,300 more than the contract figure. They did a pretty good job but I don't think they knew what they were getting into at the beginning. The building department kept doing inspections. They said they normally have 4 and they were going to have 8 with them. I can't blame it totally on them but I had a signed contract and I was a nice guy. They screwed up the roof but they finally came back and fixed it. He sent his foreman out to do it. They had to lift the roof to put on the room since it is a manufactured home. There are a few other things that I am still dealing with. They did a pretty good job. They were nice guys but I don't think they knew what they were getting into with a large manufactured home. I would recommend somebody else get additional quotes. For the most part, they showed up when they said they would. He probably extended himself a little additional on the flooring and electrical but he didn't ask for any more money because he knew that I was getting frustrated. Sometimes it would take a day or two for them to return my calls. Under certain circumstances I would use them again.

The project isn't complete yet .So far they are very professional. The job is in Englewood, Fl and I'm in N.H. I've not seen what's been done yet. They are sending me pictures as they progress. I'll be going to FL in 3 to 4 weeks when the job is completed.

Excellent! I had worked for months with other contractors and got delays and run a rounds. Rocko's responded right away, and started right away. I think the work it took them less than a month to do would have taken a year with others I was considering.. They were here everyday, on time and worked as long as needed to finish the days work. The quality is wonderful. And they communicated. They would ask if things were OK, and fix when needed. I sound old here but they work the way I remember when I was young. They work together, care about the results and never argue over who did what. If something needs to be fixed they fix it. And there price was better than others. I'll be using them on some additional projects.

The guy was not professional. He did not seem very organized. They were responsive. I would not consider them for another quote.

After searching for many contractors and subs, this company came in under cost and on time, using reliable subs and going above and beyond what the customer expected for a fabulous finished project. He knows how to do a job well at a VERY reasonable price and you can't beat this deal. He is honest, respectful, points out ways to save money, pays his subs on time and does an excellent job. Rating A +++

Estimate given was exactly what we paid. They did more than we asked for at no charge. They were on time, pleasant to work with, and had connections with reliable subs to do anything not in their main line of work. I would highly recommend them if you need any handyman to full remodeling work. No job too big or too small. My sister had them remodel a lanai into a large home office and got great work at a fraction of the cost other remodelers bid for same job. great reputation among friends who have used them

Work was completed on time and cost was a fraction of what I would have paid to have multiple subs do the same work. Company stuck to their estimate and did even more at no charge. Honest, On-time, reliable. Good family man running the business and gets the job done fast and at an unbelievably good cost. USE THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL BE THRILLED WITH THE OUTCOME!
