Great job - thanks.  Our patios look as though they were poured, sprayed and painted when the house was built!

They did an excellent job. They worked constantly and cleaned up after themselves. They went way beyond what was expected. They even took out a wasps nest that was outside of my window. They were really great guys.

I had Don Desteafan repair some broken tiles. He did an excellent job. They look brand new. I had some really broken tiles with pieces missing and Don repaired them and they blend so well that you can not tell the difference.

The Roko team provided exceptional quality, and consciences professional services.  Roko Construction is now my go-to contracting team!  

I called Roko and asked if they would give me an estimate for widening my driveway.  They were there within a day or two and did take so time going over with us as to what we wanted done.  Drawings and measurements were done and I was told that I would receive a contract within the next day or two by email.  I waited  a week, then called to ask why I had not received a contract. I was told that they had forgotten about me.  I waited another week then called again, and got voice mail.  I told them that if they really did not want to do the job to just tell me.  I then received a phone call assuring me that they did want the job, I got several phone calls after that and they told me that getting a permit was taking a long time.  After several weeks they informed me that the permit was going to cost more than the original estimate.. I said fine just go ahead and get it.  After another week or two they called to say that they had the permit and that they were ready to do the job.  They did show up a week or two later and got forms in, then told me that with the way the forms were it was going to cost more for the cement, and that  I could change that if i wanted to.  I told to go ahead.  They did do the job, and it was well done.  I didn't like being "forgotten", and it seems like it took an awfully long time to get it done.

Don and Michael showed up promptly for their estimate of services, and were prompt it delivering them.  The job was done quickly and well.

I worked with them from June up until currently. I spent too much. I ended up paying $2,300 more than the contract figure. They did a pretty good job but I don't think they knew what they were getting into at the beginning. The building department kept doing inspections. They said they normally have 4 and they were going to have 8 with them. I can't blame it totally on them but I had a signed contract and I was a nice guy. They screwed up the roof but they finally came back and fixed it. He sent his foreman out to do it. They had to lift the roof to put on the room since it is a manufactured home. There are a few other things that I am still dealing with. They did a pretty good job. They were nice guys but I don't think they knew what they were getting into with a large manufactured home. I would recommend somebody else get additional quotes. For the most part, they showed up when they said they would. He probably extended himself a little additional on the flooring and electrical but he didn't ask for any more money because he knew that I was getting frustrated. Sometimes it would take a day or two for them to return my calls. Under certain circumstances I would use them again.

The project isn't complete yet .So far they are very professional. The job is in Englewood, Fl and I'm  in N.H. I've not seen what's been done yet. They are sending me pictures as they progress.
I'll be going to FL in 3 to 4 weeks when the job is completed.

I had worked for months with other contractors and got delays and run a rounds. Rocko's responded right away, and started right away. I think the work it took them less than a month to do would have taken a year with others I was considering..

They were here everyday, on time and worked as long as needed to finish the days work. The quality is wonderful. And they communicated. They would ask if things were OK, and fix when needed.

I sound old here but they work the way I remember when I was young. They work together, care about the results and never argue over who did what.  If something needs to be fixed they fix it. And there price was better than others.

I'll be using them on some additional projects.

After searching for many contractors and subs, this company came in under cost and on time, using reliable subs and going above and beyond what the customer expected for a fabulous finished project. He knows how to do a job well at a VERY reasonable price and you can't beat this deal. He is honest, respectful, points out ways to save money, pays his subs on time and does an excellent job. Work was completed on time and cost was a fraction of what I would have paid to have multiple subs do the same work. Company stuck to their estimate and did even more at no charge. Honest, On-time, reliable. Good family man running the business and gets the job done fast and at an unbelievably good cost. USE THIS COMPANY AND YOU WILL BE THRILLED WITH THE OUTCOME!

Estimate given was exactly what we paid. They did more than we asked for at no charge. They were on time, pleasant to work with, and had connections with reliable subs to do anything not in their main line of work. I would highly recommend them if you need any handyman to full remodeling work. No job too big or too small. My sister had them remodel a lanai into a large home office and got great work at a fraction of the cost other remodelers bid for same job. great reputation among friends who have used them
