Don inspected the pump and ran tests showing the issue was not in the pump and that the pump was in quite good condition. He found the issue was in the poorly installed plumbing with restricted flow causing the pump to work harder. It was Sunday mid afternoon however he stayed and plumbed everything the right correctly, he also helped us with a new water softener, saving us $$. Honesty and integrity second to none!
