Dale cleaned my entire tile plank floor approx 1,000 sq' to sparkling perfection.  He's conscientious about his work and went above and beyond my expectations.  Best complement I could give anyone is "yes" I would hire again.

Ran into the owner of Real Steam Floor Care coming out of my bank. I asked for a business card and called him when I had my first carpet cleaning project. Two projects later with Real Steam Floor Care and couldn't be happier.

The owner Dale Cutrer performed all of the work. Showed up right on time 10 AM. Very clean and professional. Applied chemicals with pump sprayer & extracted the dirt with clean water using a steam cleaner. Explained the entire process and answered all questions I had.

Dale was excellent to work with on estimation, quote and flexible with date of service - he provided an estimate of time it would take and the floors and carpeting were cleaned so well I will use him again. No doubt about it.

Arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time. And I knew from talking to Dale when the appointment was set, that he was going to be on time. He came with all the right equipment to handle all the different types of flooring we have. He spent over 4 hours making sure he did the best possible job on each surface. Cleaned, sealed, and waxed the Vinyl flooring, and made it look almost like new. I wish more service providers were as caring and hardworking as Dale. I highly recommend using this company, and looking forward using them again ( and recommending them every chance I get ). After dealing with other "service providers", Dale was a "breath of fresh air".

Absolutely wonderful! Dale cleaned 3 bedroom carpets. One oversized bedroom had pet accident stain. Dale appeared to be very knowledgeable in floor care - carpet, tile, wood. He was prompt, accommodating and got the job done. Cost of service very reasonable. We definately plan to use him again.

Dale, the owner was on time, was very reasonably priced & did an awesome job. My carpets all about 12 ys old 6 made them look like new. He removed set stains & also grandchildren's little messes. It was a great experience.

Dale is the owner and only he cleans for his company.  He is professional and responsive.  I contact Dale via e-mail which is on his business card.  He gets back to me within 12 hours faithfully.  Due to the fact that accidents can happen, Dale also responds if we have mishaps from spills.  We then set up a day and time for him to come. He arrives, gets the job done and bills us through our management company.  He is quick, thorough and a nice young man.
