Rainscape is without doubt the most responsive, knowledgeable, professional irrigation company I have ever dealt with. I had not heard of them before I began searching for a company who could solve my problem. I will use them for all irrigation services and highly recommend them. Sarah was great to work with on scheduling and Rad was the best; called to estimate time of arrival, which was earlier than scheduled, to my delight, and saw the job through to the end. Their price was very reasonable, lower than a previous estimate I had received.

They turned them on and looked at them. Then they didn't fix any problems that they found. They wrote up an estimate of what it would cost to work on it. I would not have bought an estimate. That is usually free. These people are rip off artists.

Ivan came to our house at the appointed time and was very friendly! He went right to work after explaining what the tune-up entailed. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and explained a couple of minor problems that needed attention. I have a small leak on one pipe feeding a head. After talking through the options I decided to put off that repair until the fall since I am not currently using the system due to the daily rainfall. At no time did Ivan resort to high pressure sale tactics. He is a very sharp young man who knows what he is doing. He took the time to show me how to correctly program my system. Ivan was friendly, courteous, and professional! I would definitely recommend RainScape for any irrigation issues! Thank you Ian for your help!
