He is a very nice talker, but for all the work after some of our ceilings fell after Hurricane Ian, he looked at all the damages and told me he could do everything for 2,500 dollars. We are neighbors, and I got the other estimate from a different company. But he charged us $2,000 only to put up 180 square feet of Drywall without taping or mud. Besides that, my husband has to help two spanish people; they cannot do it without help. I texted him, and he was back in an hour. This is the most terrible experience of my life. Homeowner for 30 years, I never saw anything like this. The job looks so terrible. Please be careful with this Andrew; I am very much looking forward to dealing with him. The next day, I called the other guy, and they did excellent work.

"Pro Coat Painting & Decorating stands by their work and employees. We had a signed agreement before the beginning of the job and we took $0 down. The contract was never altered from the beginning to the end. There were no issues and there was no need for anyone to help with anything in the project. You harassed all employees the entire time and begin asking what country we all are from and we politely answered your odd question and yet were still completed the job with a happy polite demeanor. Once we received the payment and left, you started to complain about non existent problems. We offered to come remove the drywall and give you a 100% full refund which is still on the table but you refused. Then you stopped the check. Now you are posting a review which paints us in a negative light to collaborate with your history, it is a defamation of character. Not to mention we are non-discriminatory company and we do not mind if our employees are bilinguals. You have 30 days to make payment arrangements or we will begin legal proceedings. Thank you and have a great day, Pro Coat Painting and Decorating."
