BILL CHARGED THE UNIT & QUOTED THE PRICE PER POUND. HE RETURNED ALL EQUIPMENT TO THEIR CORRECT PLACE. THE PRICE WAS CHEAPER THAN I WAS CHARGED IN DALLAS.

Both the service and customer service were fantastic with Presto Air.  My wife called several other local A/C companies, and several days later we were still awaiting a call back.  I called Presto Air and Bill came out that day.  I know that I will be getting a new unit soon, and I will definitely go with Presto Air.

They were local here. I had a contract with another company and something was wrong with my air conditioner and they wanted to charge me $3000 to fix it. This unit is only like three years old. So my friend said to get another estimate. So I called this man and he was a little close right here where I live and he came. He couldn't find anything wrong with the unit. He said probably it was maybe just a piece of mold that got got stuck and stuff or some of the water had ran out. There was nothing wrong with the unit and this other company wanted to charge me $3000 to fix it. 

It's a little company and he is a young man. He took over and I wanted to check out the whole unit. He couldn't find out what was wrong with. It has been working fine ever since. He didn't charge me anything. I contracted with him to come back every 6 months to check out the air conditioning box. The day that he came, he wouldn't take anything. i wanted to give him money but he wouldn't take it. He said because there was nothing wrong with the unit. He just glued something out and that was it. 

Old house needed updating. Only one drain line which fed into shower not up to code, so a pump was installed.

The price was fair; they were professional and prompt.  I was so impressed that they were able to schedule me in so quickly and arrive before my movers, cleaners, etc. I suggested them to a neighbor who also used their services and she was charged far lower than another company had estimated.   She also had a  great experience.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
