We used this firm to help us get an estate house in florida ready in 4th quarter of last year and they were great! We had to delay the scheduled date a number of times, and they (Mike) were always accommodating and willing to work with us. When the crew did the job, they were very thorough and efficient and really made the place look great. Very reasonable, as well. Highly recommend them.

Mr Pressure Cleaning is top notch. My house looks brand new again. He was very professional and did amazing work.

I believe most of the roof was cleaned as promised, however we discussed the edges of the flat tiles and he promised he would do them. He only did one of three edges win the from of the house and when getting up on a ladder to look in the gutters. I saw some dark mold still remaining at the back of the house. I was told that he would take care of the bushes around the house, but a week later, a section of shrub on the side of the house completely died. I feel that a little more time and care could have resulted in a better job for the money.

Matt Rice, the owner, explained all the procedures and products use for both the tile roof cleaning and pool cage cleaning, indicating how careful he is in protecting the surfaces as well as the bushes and shrubs around the house. He was not the cheapest service provider I spoke with, but he came across so knowledgeable that I hired him. He came with a helper and the two of them did a great job showing sensitivity to our roof and pool cage. They were both very helpful, even moving some patio furniture. The result was magnificent. I will have him back whenever I need any pressure washing in the future.

Matt was helpful and professional from start to finish. I called him to start the conversation about the job I needed doing (cleaning my roof, dirty from years of oak tree debris), and he stayed on the phone with me for a good 20 minutes explaining what would need to be done. He then followed up with a free in-person consultation and promptly gave me a very competitive quote. He said the first cleaning may not get all the staining off but he would come back and do a second treatment if needed - and he did just that. I would definitely recommend him and use him again.

He did a very fine job. I felt the best working with him. I did have a neighbor complain that the spray went into her lanai. I think he should've been a little more considerate of that.

Matt worked us in since we had to travel on short notice. Great to work with, arrived on time and did a great job. It had been a couple years since the house had been washed and he made it look great. Would recommend giving him a try.

Matt, the owner, gave us an estimate on a Wednesday but wasn't able to do the work until the following Monday.  He arrived on time and had all the necessary equipment and seemed adequately prepared.  Accomplished the job in about 2 hours and was genuinely interested in our feedback and wanted to be assured that we were satisfied with his work.

Matt Rice arrived on-time & completed the job on schedule. Cleaned tile roof, gutters, driveway & sidewalks. Matt provided his liability insurance certificate & exemption certificate from Florida workers comp insurance. Very important. Pricing could be less but difficult to compare on job.

Wait Rice arrived on the days he had promised at the correct locations and provided the services agreed upon. He did a good job. He was pleasant to deal with.

Professional. Gave card, explained quote and added furniture at no cost.

I called on phone and set appointment for service when I was still at my home in Minnesota.  Work was performed on time and he did a very good job.  He was referred to me and I will be referring him to others.

Matt was very professional. On time and efficient. Very modern equipment was used. Job was thoroughly done. Matt is pleasant and dedicated to service.

Matt, was a real professional , He only charges $100. to do a house and then a additional $100. to do the driveway and sidewalks, I wish I could show you a before and a after picture. My house is white in color but before Matt washed it it looked really bad with green algae all over every side, I really thought I had to paint the house because it was so bad. The driveway was the same except it was almost black in color. I was planning on painting it. Matt told me it was algae causing the problem and he did a sample spot so I could see what it would look like after he cleaned it. He didn't pressure me to have it done, he said it was up to me and he would do just the house for $100 if that was what I wanted him to do. I talked it over with my wife without him present. We decided to do the drive and walks also.It was just unbelievable after he finished.My home and my driveway and sidewalks looked like new. and now more than a month later they still look like brand new. I very seldom make out a recommendation form  but this person was a exception. He did exactly what he said he would do, he never tried to come up with a excuse to charge me more, and he is a outstanding person. For the reasons I stated above I would highly recommend Mr. Pressure Cleaner to you.
