Mary Beth was responsive when we wanted to schedule the appointment. She took good care of our grand piano and answered all questions clearly. We really enjoy playing the piano after her tuning. We will definitely contact her for next tuning or other problems in the future.

Mary Beth was very professional. She arrived right on time and did a thorough job tuning our piano. The cost was as expected and agreed upon. She has sent follow up notifications as promised to help keep us on schedule with our tunings. Very pleased and would (and will) definitely use Mary Beth again.
