LINDELL'S GRANDFATHER CLOCK REPAIR

Did not meet criteria. Have ship’s clock.

I would highly recommend Gerald Lindell for all grandfather clock repairs. He was very knowledgeable, was able to explain exactly what I need to do for the upkeep, and fixed everything very fast. Mr. Lindell gave me more than just a repaired clock though, he restored so many memories of my grandparents and childhood which all were surrounded by the grandfather clock. And for that I am forever grateful for Mr. Lindell's services !

Very well. Completely professional business. Boxed everything carefully and protected all the components of the clock before transporting it. Clock is now running perfectly. They are a bit on the expensive side but well worth it. You get what you pay for. Also took another wall clock with him to fix that I could not replace and fixed it. Running perfectly.

Gerald the owner came out to service my new to me Grandfather clock.  He gave me a lot of history about the maker and seemed to know very much about other brands as well.  He was fast and efficient and would recommend them to anyone.

Our precious heirloom was handled with the utmost care. Our large grandfather clock elements and chimes were removed from our home, repaired and reinstalled in a professional and timely manner. We were very pleased with the ability and craftsmanship of the work performed.

Overall this went well. Calling to schedule service went well and the office called back the next day to schedule a date for the technician. I mentioned that I lived on an Air Force Base and asked if the technician was able to access the base. This was the one hiccup.
The person in the office indicated he had been on the base several times, so he should be OK. However, my wife got the call that she needed to go to the front gate to sign him onto the base. Once she got him to the house he was able to service the clock. He questioned the age of the clock and indicated the company did not make clocks in the 50s. He was incorrect on that point which I later confirmed on the internet. It really didn't set well that he questioned what we were telling him and refuted it with incorrect information. With that said, the clock works and that is the important part.
