The job was done on December 18, 2018 And the invoice explained that we have unclogged your drain also locate you clean out was buried under landscape cloth and mulch... we have pictures of it. Free of charge, as well as Camera Inspection, was at no cost to you... that mentioned in your invoice that you have breakage in your pipe 21 feet from your clean out. From 8:30 to 9:30 We used snake machine to clear you laundry we went almost 25 ft . After completing the job . We waited for you to run your washing machine to make sure all running and flowing properly. By the way ,, If your laundry drain take us 2 hours or 3 hours we still charge same rate . Moe answered my call promptly through the home advisor service although it was Sunday 10:00 PM. He was very patient in explaining what needed to be done in detail, unlike a very large plumbing outfit who tried to mislead me.
