After the first rain, one of the gutters overflowed into the doorway of my lanai and the the leaks in the lanai were still there. I called and after a long period, the guy came out and adjusted the gutter so it would not overflow, And then he covered one of the gutters with sheet metal in the lanai to prevent it from leaking. On the next rain, there were new leaks in the lanai and the gutter did not over flow but the gutter now stays 1/2 full after a rain. Not good for mosquito's. So I called and after about two or three weeks, the guy came out again and removed three rags he had stuffed into the gutter he had covered and said that should solve the problem. In the past few month most of the gutters that run along the ground have fallen off an and I can not put them on because the downspouts are too long and they won't connect back in. In all fairness he told me if it did not work to call him when it was raining but in the past three or four months, we have not had but a few very short showered and it is still leaking. What it really needs is to put the gutter back where it was first installed and a down spout installed where it was overflowing. When the rains come back again, I will call someone else. I want to fix the leak myself, but my wife won't let me go on the roof any more. (I am old) This company has a A rating, I guess I just caught them on a bad day or the Tech he sent out was not too good.

It was a very windy day for two people to install over 40 feet of contiguous gutter but it went well.

Ken was very professional, informative and friendly to deal with. If he or his office staff didn't answer right away, our call was returned very promptly. He helped explain everything that was needed to know to make informed decisions to know exactly what we needed to do and to stay within budget. During the day of the install, Ken and his crew showed up right on time and were done within only a couple of hours. The seamless gutters look very nice on the house and we have been so happy with the improvement they have given to not only the appears of our house but their actual function with regards to water flow at our house. Although we didn't have our rain barrels at the time, he explained how to easily install them (gave us the additional pieces needed at no additional cost) and offered to come back and install them for us if we didn't feel comfortable installing them ourselves. We would highly recommend Ken Violette to anyone looking for a very professional and reasonable company!

Good as far as I know - I haven't gone up to the gutter to inspect

Ken was prompt and on time to install the gutters.  He cleaned up after the job was done.  We did have to call him back due to the gutters rattling in the wind, and a small leak, but he responded promptly and fixed the problems.  We would call him again if we needed gutter replacement.

Showed up on time and performed work in a timely manner.

All went well, was here maybe one hour.

He ended up being competitively priced. He was able to schedule the job in the time frame that I needed it done. He did a nice job. He did what he was supposed to do and did it quickly and I didn't have any issues at all.
