Aweful experience. Don is rude and very unprofessional. I told him that I had a hardship and could not use his services. He came today, broke my door latch and then said he would charge me extra for maintenance fees. I already paid him for this month and will eat the money due to his rude texts and poor handling of his services. Beware if you use him.

Very prompt, excellent communicator. They did all the work while I was at the very other end of the country so I didn't get to see anything firsthand but he's giving me wonderful photographs and kept me appraised of what all the work that's being done. Couldn't ask for a better guy. it's especially difficult in there another end of the country and can't be there in person and you hire someone and I really feel like we got lucky finding him.
