5 days is a little long for the work to be done. The lead guy was great but the helper was bad, they were of little use.

They take your money first and deal with you however they like! My laptop 15 yrs old, they knew that in the beginning, but after they broke the door on my laptop, they talk about how old and decrepit my computer is and that they found a part for $70 more dollars! NO, I DONT THINK SO!! Hopefully, you can find someone better! For real!
