J T's Custom Pools Inc

We decided on using JT’s Custom Pools for our pool project in early 2023 shortly after Hurricane Ian disrupted life and supply chains in SW Florida. The key factor for our decision was the hands-on involvement of Jim Morfessis, our salesman and construction manager. It is a great benefit to feel like your project is being supervised carefully. Jim was available by phone, text, and email and was invariably responsive and often visited in person. The process of pool construction is amazing; the layout and dig (one day!) and the shooting of the shell are fascinating to watch. JT’s team and subs were all neat and conscientious. Our pool was completed in two months, actually a bit ahead of projections. Items on the punch list were dealt with quickly.

From the first meeting with Julie our sales person to the final pool competition and the training for the equipment was great . All questions were answered and the people was great to deal with .

We had an excellent experience with JT's Custom  Pools.    The initial sales person was thorough in his explanations of what we could expect and answered questions to our satisfaction.  The work was done on time, as scheduled, over a period of a few days, including the draining of the pool.  Workers were very willing to engage in conversation about the process and answer questions. The finish is beautiful and we are enjoying it.  

Jason's company did an amazing job! They were actually the hardest working crew I've ever seen. The were here working every week of the process and completed the job in the 6-8 week time frame as quoted.

After speaking with and getting quotes from JT's and also one of the other larger companies in the area, we decided to go with this JT's and we have not been disappointed in any aspect.

The service was very good and they did a good job of fixing the leaks.

They did such a good job on our pool and they do driveways, so we went with them. We had them back because they are excellent.
