Called this company to come out and look at ac.To young gentleman came out and said the capacitor was bad and replaced and said my unit was fixed. They kept trying to get me to pay cash as I didn't want to do it. I paid with my card and they stated they would send me a receipt. I received no receipt. My unit cooled down only a little bit and by morning it was getting warmer and warmer. I called them and told them the the unit wasn't working properly.They said they would come out today at 3 and look at it.He ended up showing up at 4 which was no biggie.He opens up unit and says unit is frozen he will be back in 2 hours so it can thaw and run tests on the unit.When he showed up he was also very short with us and had a attitude.5 hours later still no word. My husband calls and asks for a update.He says he's on a call and will be finishing up in a 45 minutes. Time goes by and got another call he will be here in 25 minutes. A lady pulls up with him that was not with him earlier and sits in the car which leads me to believe he really wasn't doing calls. He gets out and attitude was better and opens my unit.He stated that my outside condenser was packed full of dust and is why my unit was freezing up. I asked why the first guy that came out didn't fix this issue. He stated that they were young and new and not experienced and don't look further into things.He then proceeds to tell me that he will not fix my unit tonight it will run all night and freeze up tomorrow morning but will get me through tonight. Then states that someone will come out within a week to clean out condenser. I said so I might have to wait a week with no air???? He said he will have someone call me in the morning and left. We were not satisfied with this answer and proceed to call ED and explain the situation. ED was very rude and disrespectful to me and stated that he saw nothing wrong with what happened. I stated that you don't see nothing wrong with one of your customers who paid for a service that was not fixed the first or second time a issue???? Make a customer wait a week for repair which should have been done the first time???? A business that try's to get you to pay cash???? A business that doesn't send you a receipt by email like they said they would??? A business that wouldn't give us a name of the owner or supervisor in charge????? A business that hangs up on you when you ask for refund because you paid and they never fixed my unit???? PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. If I could give 0 stars I would. BBB and local news station will be notified.
