Josh did a great job on my roof- it looks wonderful. He even glued down a few loose tiles for no additional charge. The office staff who scheduled the service was very friendly and professional. Excellent overall, would definitely hire again.

Tony and his crew did an amazing job cleaning the pavers to our driveway and pool. The quality of service was exceptional! Class act! We called Hoover to come clean a bunch of random parts of our property. I had never seen the true color of my sidewalks or pool deck until after they completed them. I was shocked! They were professional and made sure to be extremely careful around my expensive plants and patio furniture. As matter of fact, they moved it all carefully out of the pool cage area and put it all back when done. I will definitely set them up for an annual visit. Tony and his crew were top notch! A+

During the day of services Hoover kept us well informed with before and after pictures as we were away which kept our confidence with the companies abilities. On 9/30/2017 Hoover's Pressure Cleaning was supposed to be here between 8am and 10am. At 9:30am or so we called to see if they were still coming and we were told by Kathy that they had problems with their equipment and another crew would be out probably between 12pm and 1pm. At 2:30pm we called again and they said they were on their last job and would still be there. After 4pm they finally arrived and while they were getting their equipment ready I went to get groceries and my husband stayed home. When I got back at 5pm they were already gone My husband called them right after they left to say there was a yellow stain on our patio. They said they couldn't get the stain out because it was a rust stain. This is not true, it was water that had overflowed from a plant on our table the night before My husband got the stain out in a few minutes. Their ad even says they will use other products if a stain isn't removed at no additional cost, but this was not done. There was also darker staining in the porous parts of the cement that did not come out. The crew said they would relate our complaint to the office and they would contact us on Monday morning. We never heard from them on Monday and we called two days and left messages and they never returned our calls. Additionally, they never moved anything on the patio. Most everything was off from our preparation for Hurricane Irma, but the grill which is on wheels and a dock box that had our boat cushions in it. All they had to do was move it a couple of feet out and back again after they sprayed, but that never happened. I will not be using them in the future!
