Left the breaker off leaving the family without AC for the weekend. OVER Charged $849. For 2 hours of labor. Charged for service agreement...refused to answer calls to discuss. Problem. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST BEHAVIOR.

Installation was fine great salesmen but 3 weeks back metal panel was rusted. 9 Phone calls 6 texts sent photos took over a month to get someone to come out. They came out painted over the rust now leaking through on my 8th call and 3rd text and still no reply being told waiting for galvanized steel to replace. Again over a month for any calls back or resolution. Have been calling them weekly with excuses. Paid 6,000 for this unit would accept quality work and consideration of being in touch. How can you be an air conditioning company and not have galvanized steal?

Matthew was a superstar. He showed up on time and worked himself to the bone trying to repair our unit. It wound up being filthy and having a lot of issues so we chose to replace. Elija and Dan were also superstars getting everything scheduled for the following day. What a company. Matthew has remained in contact ever since. He wasnâ t just here do our money and it showed. USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Ryan Joslin was my sales person. He did a fantastic job, he was much more thorough with his inspection compared to the other companyâ s that were given an opportunity. He took care of everything and still came out to less money than the other guys.

He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, installed my new garbage disposal in a efficient amount of time. Since there was not a disposal there prior, he recommended and has someone coming to do the electronical part for me. I am completely satisfied with the service I received!!

Project : Install two central air conditioning units and one fifty gallon water heather . water tank was installed without an issue . Ryan was efficient to work with us until we the close deal but never retuned our voice mail and messages . we suffer damage to the property due to negligence and carelessness from the technicians that had to return twice . Ryan inspected our 21 year old unit and gave us many options to replace it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. HE explained what we needed and helped us get financing. When the two installers, Frank and Desmond came out they were very polite, professional, and efficient in doing their job. Our inside and outside units had to be replaced and they both did a terrific job. I would highly recommend this local Pinellas Park company. Yeah, cool air again.!!!

Jessie was very efficient. She explained the problem and quickly made the repair. She also suggested what we might do to prevent the problem in the future.
