Mr. Kiss is an extremely skilled, free-lance carpenter who is self-employed, completely punctual in arriving on-site on-time, trustworthy in all respects, and offers reasonable labor rates. His approach to determining what a job will cost entails his purchase of materials with the receipt/invoice presented to his customer so that you know what Frank is requesting reimbursement for dollar-for-dollar with no markup. His labor rate is negotiable but generally in the $35 - $45 /hr zone depending on what you are having him do and the travel expenses he must incur to your home and/or the location of materials to be acquired. Frank installed a wall separating my three-stall garage into two X one enclosed stalls , disassembled old kitchen cabinets and re-hung same on the new garage wall, replaced broken floor tiles, installed indirect under-cabinet rope and fluorescent lighting, painted kitchen walls after hanging new cabinets in kitchen and laundry room, installed shelving on garage walls.
