Dan Burch (Owner of FSCS) is an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning he was a great communicator and had great ideas for our project. He listened to our wants and needs and incorporated them into the real life challenges that come with any renovation. He put together plans and drawings that helped us visualize the final product. Of course there were challenges along the way, but Dan kept us in the loop, we solved the issues and the job continued moving forward. I do recall my wife and I could not seem to agree on interior paint colors. I can't even begin to tell you how many samples Dan had painted on the walls. He was extremely patient and understanding throughout the entire project. We look forward to starting our exterior improvements early next year with FSCS. Thanks again!

Our situation was unique: we were out of state for the renovation. Dan went outside the box. They sent us samples and designs, making our "job" easier. The staff that were sent to the project were experienced and professional. As the project progressed, we would "stop in". Everything was always in order never left a mess. Most important to us, the work was done in a timely fashion there were no hidden extras, unless we chose to upgrade in a specific area. We never had to 'chase' them for an answer, they were always responsive. We were fortunate to have found this company.
