Services we offer
Collaborative Home Watch conducts comprehensive interior and exterior home watch inspections. All of our inspections are completed electronically through the latest software in order to give you immediate documentation regarding any issues that arise. Collaborative Home Watch is here to handle the “what ifs” in your absence. We will act as a key holder, and letting in and supervising any service personnel who set foot on the property. We cannot stress enough the importance of preparing for a large storm or hurricane. Hurricanes in particular create a certain type of chaos and confusion for coastal communities. This unknown fear produces a large demand for preparation services and goods to weather the storm. For example, contacting maintenance companies to address any problems, food, handy man, hardware, it is nearly impossible to find a local contractor, or service person to accommodate your needs. As a Collaborative Home Watch client, plywood, responding to alarm calls, water and most importantly fuel. With the impending storm approaching, you can rest easy in the fact that we have you covered… Let us plan your protective measures.
