I was very happy with the results and the service and worker were excellent. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everything went great. The patio looks fantastic and was done on time even though some irrigation problems were found. CQ found the problems with my system and were able to fix them. The border was installed in a very timely fashion even after I made a change to the design. They are a pleasure to work with.

Our landscaping was so overgrown and not attractive! We meet with Hector to get an estimate for bringing life back to our home and we are so happy we picked Coastal Quality! The office staff was so easy to work with, everything was scheduled very professionally, the workers were so kind & professional and our home looks absolutely amazing now.

Hector takes the time to fully explain what he and his team can do. He tells you how they are going to perform the task, why it is the best process and then follows through to ensure that it is just what you wanted. We also had a Bismark Palm tree that looked like it was dying. We paid over $3,000 for the Bismark Palm . Hector mixed up some chemicals and the Palm is alive and well and better than ever. I would highly recommend Coastal Quality to anyone for any of your landscaping requirements.

It went great! The three live oaks and the one maple were in dire need of some major trimming. The guys worked hard all day. They did a great job. Very professional. I had full confidence in their work from the consultation to the workers removing the debris. Hector knows landscaping and had great suggestions. The men who came were polite, worked hard all day and left only after cleaning everything up and hauling it all away.

They were recommended by Superior. The workers were fine. Maybe four people came to complete the service. It took about a week for the work to be completed. They left the area very clean.

Service is impeccable?and if we need extra attention, they will go the extra mile for us. Our lawn and gardens gets constant compliments for the way they are maintained. Coastal also has done other services for us such as recommended and installed landscape and driveway lighting, reseated and restored the pavers in our walkways and driveway, constructed a beautiful set of stairs with cobble stones leading from our pool deck to our docks, recommended and installed various plantings over the last 5 years of service. The owner/partner/sales person, Hector, is very knowledgable and attentive. He is a pleasure to work with. We can't tell you how pleased we are with everything that they have ever done for us. I think the most difficult thing to find in SW Florida is consistent quality lawn and gardening services and Coastal hits it out of the ballpark for us!

It went very well.  Hector is very, very knowledgeable about trees and plants.  He gave us great advice.  The workers did a great job, put all our landscaping stones back and cleaned the area before leaving.

Arrived as state date.  Complete job in timely manner.  Has stayed in contact sand responded to all request.  Called for a follow up this week.

Hector is a very personable individual. He described what his company does and what he thought we should do about the palm trees. He wrote an estimate. We agreed on the price he quoted. He left a brochure about Coastal Quality Services with me.About 2 weeks later his crew came by 8 AM and started work. they were there from 8 until 6 PM trimming and removing the cuttings. Hector said he was there when the crew finished. ( I was not at the house)Michael, his foreman on this job, informed Hector that 20 trees were trimmed and the debris removed. Hector made an appointment with me and came over to see what was done and which of the 26 trees were not trimmed. There was a communications problem between Michael, Hector and myself.Hector only charged for the work that was done. Later I called Hector, we agreed that the remaining trees had to be trimmed. He would honor the price for the remaining work.  The crew came within a day or two to finish. Before they completed the job i noticed that i wanted a dead palm tree on vacant property adjacent to my home cut down and pepper bushes cut down too. Michael suggested i call Hector to get an estimate for the additional work. I called Hector, who already spoke with Michael, and agreed on a price based on the time it should take to down the tree and leave the cuttings where they lay. They did the work as i requested. Unfortunately, the crew left before i could point out that a few of the branches that were trimmed and supposed to be removed were still on the ground and not cleared to my satisfaction. I did not hear from Hector or get a bill from Coastal Quality Services for the additional work yet (about 3 weeks later)
