They did an excellent job. They did really top quality work. They were on time. Their estimates were as expected. Everyone was very pleasant. They did the work for my mother and they were very pleasant and helpful with her.

So-so. At first, they seemed nice and eager to do a good job. Then, as time went on, we noticed that they were going "slowly" in their carpentry work that they had promised to have done within 3 months if we paid them hourly. That was a big mistake. Their hourly bills were adding up for relatively simple projects because of mismanagement of time and mistakes that they charged us to fix. They also had some problems with taking materials off our property without our knowledge, which I believe is theft. They were always nice to your face, but their actions never matched their promises made. Overall, the experience was not a good one, but certainly not the worst that I have seen. I would simply state that they got GREEDY and too comfortable with a 'sure thing' job with naive homeowners who blindly trusted them. They took advantage of the fact that the homeowner is not a carpenter and does not know how long things should take, etc.
