Venice FloridaSurene Stalter was very responsive and professional. We had another person that had agreed to repair the fascia and backed out because it was "way to difficult". Well it wasn't for Bollenbach. She replaced about 30 feet of fascia that had rotted and was installed incorrectly nine years ago.
The work was done promptly and correctly. Would I use her again? Of Course!

We initially called about a broken roof tile that was found during our home inspection. The roofer performed a thorough inspection of the roof tiles and found other loose tiles and cracks as well. After a thorough explanation of the repairs needed, we authorized the additional work and everything was completed during that same visit.
