It was a Rheem Water Heater. We called Rheem and they said it would be replaced under warranty and that Babes would be able to take care of the procedure as a qualified dealer. Babe's never turned it into to warranty and it cost us an additional 400 dollars for a second installation. In the process the water heater flooded and there was a mess left. They did not clean the area at all and just left it there. The assured me it would be cleaned and returned to normal before they left. My garage now smells moldy. The only thing good about the service was the fact that they were prompt in getting here when the service call was placed. The total price of our experience with them was in the ball park of 1200 - 1500 dollars total.
Description of Work: Hired to install a water heater. We originally purchased our water heater form Babe's and it lasted 4 years. We then hired them to replace it.
