Andoran Roofing In Northport Florida

This is an endorsement of Andoran Roofing of Northport, Florida. The owner and his
crew installed a new shingle roof on my house between October 14 and October 23,
2013. I am proud of the outcome and found the services outstanding from first contact
to completion. I strongly recommend the company based on my experience.
The company was referred by a neighbor who also had a roof replaced. I watched that
work in progress and met with the company owner/operator, Randy LaFever. He gave
me a detailed explanation of the installation and listed available options without
pressure to close a deal. I reviewed his credentials and work history and spoke with the
neighbor whose satisfaction with his own roof was unequivocal. Mr. LaFever and I
negotiated a price (which was best among the three offers I had sought) and the terms
suited my financial situation very well.
I note especially the quality of the work done. The foreman and crew seemed to me
about as dedicated a group of young tradesmen as one could find. Things progressed
smoothly and steadily. Their efficiency showed the men were very well integrated as a
team. The work site stayed clean and orderly for the whole project. Most important: I
was on the roof to observe and I saw the care the crew took to insure the roof?s
watertight integrity. The owner showed his own pride in product when he half-joked
that the roof ?belonged to him for the next six years? meaning that he would regard it
almost as his own to worry about. I felt I could reasonably expect any after-service to
be prompt and thorough.
Mr.LaFever drew my respect especially when two accidents occurred during the
installation which he acknowledged could be connected to his workers. I emphasize
that both were accidents: an errant roofing nail which punctured a tire and another
driven (in the blind, through wood) into a pipe which shouldn?t have been where it was.
Mr. LaFever bore the costs of replacement/repair with no hesitation although the
accountability could readily have been contested. His response showed high personal
integrity and professional responsibility.
As a consumer I found Andoran Roofing an excellent choice for my project.
