Aaws Water Treatment

Fantastic. They were able to re-bed the media in the sulfur block, repair a broken pipe (my fault), and even flush the pipes in our home to help eliminate the smell. The work was performed in a timely manner and I am ecstatic with our results. I am strongly considering using them for my monthly service.

It went well! Charlie removed an old (slowly dying!) well pump and the old aerator, and installed a new water softener while retaining my second well pump in order to save me some money. They took great care in explaining my options to me, and I recommend them highly. The companies in Venice seem to charge so much... I wish AAWS did a monthly salt delivery in my area, since even that is better priced than the Venice-based companies!

They were very responsive and arrived on time. The price was reasonable. We liked them so much we hired them on to perform monthly servicing of our aerator.

Excellent. They gave me many options on how to proceed given my budget. I've had horrible water for about 10 2 and didn't realize how bad it was until I had the new system installed. I have more water pressure, more lather washing dishes, showering etc and for the first time in over 17 years I was able to comb my long curly wet hair without using tons of leave in conditioner. I highly recommend this company.

Charlie was very efficient. He installed one kind of pump but when it ran too much, he came back and installed a different one which was a better fit for our purposes.

Charlie and his wife were professional, courteous, fair and more than willing to answer any questions I had and still answer the phone when I call. I have dealt with so many other companies and their salesman that when I reached out to Aaws I new I had the right people for the job.

Charles will be here in a couple of days to do the work. I have no doubt it will be done well and efficiently. What we appreciate most about Charles and Cindy is their honesty and integrity. We felt very comfortable with his explanation of the situation, which is why we wanted his second opinion about the quote from someone else.

It went very well from start to end. Cindy provided great customer service by explaining they were very booked up this week but would try to squeeze us in. We set a date but the time would be dependent on when he finished with another service call. She ended up calling to say he could come earlier which worked out well for me. Charlie went right to work, explaining everything he found as he went. Diagnosed the problem quite quickly, which turned out to likely be more of a well issue (low water table or deteriorating well pipes) than a pump issue. Since he was here and seemed very knowledgeable, I asked him about an issue we were having with our reverse osmosis water filtration system in the kitchen. He diagnosed and fixed that issue in a matter of moments. This is the kind of service provider I like to deal with - does not talk down to women, very honest and forthright, did not try to sell me something I did not need, and was very thorough in cleaning up after completing the work. I would highly recommend him to others and would definitely call him again. According to his business card, he is available for "all your water treatment needs, at competitive prices. call another company told me that they will be out in two days, told them i have no water! they did't care.Call someone else and they said i needed a pressure tank, they replaced it . still no water then they told me i needed a switch, replaced that still no water. Then they told me that i needed a new water softener, & well pump. that's when I called AAWS Water and was here in less then an hour. right a way charlie told me it was the well pump he was cheaper then the other company he got it done tested my water softener did not need a new one, I did not need to replace my tank old still had air. The pump was all i needed!! the onther company cost me money i did not have. Thank You Charlie for being their for me I WILL CALL AAWS WATER FOR ALL MY NEEDS GOING TOO HAVE THEM DO MY MONTHLY SERVICE,BETTER SERVICE THEN I HAD BEFORE! THANKS AGAIN

Great. We explained our needs and situation.  The price was much lower than other estimates we had received. Charlie agreed on date and time and arrived with Cindy on time.  Installation was quick.  The Water Boss was removed with zero mess.   Questions were answered.  Would recommend AAWS with no reservations.

AAWS showed up on time and finished the installation in less time than promised. Charlie was polite and kept things neat and clean as he worked. Our water is exponentially better, and the drinking water is beyond what we could have hoped for. We will continue to have AAWS maintain our well system on a monthly basis, and we recommend them highly!

We didnt know how bad the water was here (well water) and didnt know ANYTHING about the water system we had. Someone had told us all we had to do is add salt to the tank. Yeah they were wrong.. Our water stunk so bad. Not to mention occasionally had black stuff come out while running the bath water and when the toilet was flushed. Talk about a nightmare. We didnt know who to call, and The only day my husband has off is Sundays. Needed to find someone who would come while he was home and explain to him how it works and what was going on. Well, no one wants to work on Sundays. BUT thankfully Charlie does lol.. He came out serviced our system for us, fixed our problems, explained everything and how it all works. He has AMAZING affordable prices. We are actually saving money having him come service our water. We were paying more buying salt weekly and having to do it ourselves. Not to mention if salt prices go down, they lower the monthly service price ( whooohooo found this out last month)
 About a month after meeting Charlie from AAWS Water Treatment we had an incident where a ladder that was leaning on the outside of our home fell and hit the water pipe going into the house (yes just our luck) and cracked the water pipe, causing water to leak into our garage and in the wall.. Not knowing what to do or who to call, we called Charlie from AAWS to see maybe if he could refer us to someone. NOPE. Charlie was here at our house within 30 minutes. He was able to fix our problem and did NOT charge us an arm and a leg.

This has been going on in both of our bathrooms and slowly getting worse since we had moved into our home. He took a look and done some research for us (he has done this before, just wasnt familiar with ours). He was able to come back and fix both of them, once again with out charging us an arm and a leg. They are some of the most friendly and honest people, and he def knows what he's doing!!

It went A+ Excellent. My water is the best. Good water pressure. They had all the necessary parts and equipment and it was a smooth performance.
 
I would not even consider calling someone else....seriously.....It only took about an hour and they were at my door.
I called them about 11:30am and at about 2:30pm I had water !! FIXED !! Can't beat it.

Showed up on time and installed filter in pouring rain.

Arrived on time.  Completed the job in less time than expected.  He and his partner were friendly, courteous, and respectful of me and my household.  Cleaned up after themselves perfectly.
