"Contract Accounts are mowed weekly in the summer, bi weekly in the winter and when the grass goes dormant for the two months out of the year the accounts are checked bi-weekly and mowed when needed. A sod estimate was requested in the dormant period, so the estimate was postponed until the sod farms could start providing quality sod again once the regular rains started falling. Since then other estimates have been provided and accepted in preparation for the sod application."
