I had been alerted to rapid pool leak while on vacation and called Rich at Waterman from the road. He assessed a slight drain leak but suspected larger issues. Apparently filter housing had cracked and created leak. Rich replaced filtration sytem, and cleaned pad, replaced and installed all new plumping and diverter. This is second time I've used Waterman Services, his attention to the issue is excellent as is the response time. Rich is extremely knowledgeable, and handles ALL accounts---residential, condo. He is the owner and technician, so when you call Waterman, youre dealing with the boss from behginning to end. Cdertainly one of the better contractors Ive worked with especially due to the sixe of the company---he is owner, technician, and biller. There is no mis-communication---
