Mark is the Jedi Master of wood flooring. It's all he does. No tile, no carpet, just wood. And he's VERY passionate about his craft. This is a small company, so Mark is the owner, sales consultant (and I do mean consultant), and oversees the jobs. His installation crew was absolutely top-notch. Steve is a carpenter by trade, not just a flooring installer, so the job was done with absolute care and precision. We were on a very tight deadline to complete the job before the movers showed up with all of our stuff, but that took a back seat to quality. That said, even though the job took a couple extra days they worked around the movers (and us) and put in long days to get it done quickly, but at the highest possible level of quality. They showed up every day, on time, worked neatly, and cleaned thoroughly before leaving for the night. We just gave them a key and trusted them 100%.
Yes, I know we could have gotten the job done cheaper (you always can), but as the old adage goes, you get what you pay for, and with an investment in something like this I feel like we got very good value overall. The floors look phenomenal (don't be afraid of the wild hickory - it's awesome!) and we couldn't be happier.

They are an incredible company. I didn't ask them to take out the scratches and they didn't even charge me for it. I had used them previously and they had come out just to check on everything and see how it was. I had gotten a lot of quotes when I did the floors and they were the cheapest. I didn't go with them for that reason. I went with them because they came across as the best. I wasn't looking for cheap; I was looking for the best. It is a single guy that owns the company and he really knew what he was talking about. He wasn't just trying to sell. He made sense. I don't know if he is still the cheapest but the quality was excellent. I had told them upfront that if it wasn't perfect, I wasn't going to pay. He took the challenge. I would absolutely use them again.
