I went to their store and chose my carpet.  Jack came to the house and measured the room to be exact.  Within a week the carpet was installed beautifully seamed and just what we wanted.  They removed all the old carpet and padding. Such a good experience, we are using them again on a little rental we own.  Went in Friday, looked at choices, left keys for the unit and went home.  A few hours later, Jack came to the house with a sample to verify our choice and gave us the exact price.  It will be installed in time for new renter on Saturday.  Wonderful personal service.  They knew we were doing a rental so only showed us medium grade carpeting of different quality than we had purchased first time and let us make an informed decision.
